Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Optional Boosters

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Add Liquids First

  • Pour coconut milk and pineapple juice into the blender.

Add Remaining Ingredients

  • Add frozen strawberries, coconut cream, sweetener, and any optional boosters.

Blend

  • Start on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste & Adjust

  • Add more sweetener or coconut milk as needed for flavor and consistency.

Serve

  • Pour into glasses. Garnish with a straw or coconut flakes if desired. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

For thicker texture, add more frozen strawberries or banana.
For thinner texture, add more coconut milk or a splash of water.
Make smoothie freezer packs ahead of time for quick blending in the morning.
Add protein powder to turn it into a meal replacement.
