  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk full-fat or light
  • 2 tablespoons honey agave, or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen strawberries, coconut milk, sweetener, lime juice, and salt into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste the mixture. Add more sweetener or lime juice based on preference.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency. For a firmer texture, freeze for 10–15 minutes.

Notes

Freeze your blender container for 30 minutes prior to blending for best texture.
You can substitute other berries or add flavors like vanilla, cocoa, or mint for fun variations.
For long-term storage, portion into small containers and freeze for up to 1 month.
