Ingredients
  

  • 20 shells Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 12-14 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheeses. Add the egg, parsley, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked ground beef to the cheese mixture and mix well.
  • In a 13x9-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  • Stuff each shell with the meat and cheese mixture, placing them in the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
