- 20 shells Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 3 cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 12-14 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheeses. Add the egg, parsley, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked ground beef to the cheese mixture and mix well.
In a 13x9-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom.
Stuff each shell with the meat and cheese mixture, placing them in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
