Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe firm bananas
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hone y

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and remove any remaining stringy fibers.
  • Apply an even layer of peanut butter across the entire outer surface of each banana using a small offset spatula or butter knife.
  • On a flat plate or shallow dish, combine the puffed rice cereal, shredded coconut, and chia seeds until well distributed.
  • Roll each peanut butter-covered banana through the topping mixture, pressing gently to ensure the toppings adhere to the surface.
  • Place the coated bananas on a clean cutting board and slice into 1-inch thick rounds using a sharp non-serrated knife.
  • Arrange the banana sushi rounds on a serving plate and drizzle with honey if an extra sweetener is desired.
