Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 ripe bananas , peeled
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour tortillas on a flat, clean cutting board.
  • Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of nut butter evenly across the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small margin at the edges.
  • Place a peeled banana on the edge of each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana to create a uniform cylinder.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds resembling sushi pieces.
  • Arrange the rounds on a serving platter with the cut side facing up.
  • Garnish the tops by sprinkling evenly with hemp seeds, shredded coconut, and a dusting of cinnamon.
