Instructions
Place the flour tortillas on a flat, clean cutting board.
Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of nut butter evenly across the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small margin at the edges.
Place a peeled banana on the edge of each tortilla.
Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana to create a uniform cylinder.
Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds resembling sushi pieces.
Arrange the rounds on a serving platter with the cut side facing up.
Garnish the tops by sprinkling evenly with hemp seeds, shredded coconut, and a dusting of cinnamon.
