Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour this sauce into the skillet with the steak and stir to coat.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with a side salad or steamed vegetables. Consider serving with garlic bread for extra flavor.
