  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate morsels Can substitute with dark or white chocolate.
  • 1/2 cup toffee pieces Can substitute with crushed hard candy.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, cream the softened butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour, stirring until everything is combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are just golden.
  • Let them cool on a wire rack before enjoying.

Notes
