  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 package small tortilla chips Use your favorite brand.

  • chopped green onions For garnish.

  • sour cream For dipping.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the diced chicken, ranch dressing, taco seasoning, and shredded cheese together until well combined.
  • On a baking sheet, place the tortilla chips and spoon a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each chip.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with optional toppings like green onions and diced tomatoes.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed warm, right out of the oven. Serve with sour cream for dipping or sprinkle fresh toppings for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
