Protein Base:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Fresh Vegetables:
- 3 hearts romaine or iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 medium tomato diced

- 1 jalapeño pepper sliced
- 1 avocado diced
