  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce For marinating the chicken
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Soft tortillas are easiest to roll
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, thinly sliced
  • to taste garnish Sesame seeds For garnish
  • to taste garnish Green onions, chopped For garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, marinate the grilled chicken slices in teriyaki sauce for about 10 minutes.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.

Assembly

  • Begin layering with the teriyaki chicken, followed by shredded lettuce, carrots, and cucumber slices.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Slice the wraps in half, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve.

Notes

These wraps are delicious on their own but can be paired with fruit salad or veggie sticks. Store in an airtight container for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze chicken separately from veggies.
