Equipment

  • large punch bowl
  • Whisk
  • serving ladle
  • cups or glasses

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 2 cups orange juice (fresh preferred)
  • 4 cups ginger ale (or sparkling cider)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 large orange, thinly sliced
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Wash fresh cranberries, slice the orange, and rinse rosemary sprigs so they are ready for garnish.
  • In a large punch bowl, whisk together cranberry juice, orange juice, and simple syrup (if using). For a spicier kick, add a splash of ginger beer.
  • Just before serving, pour in ginger ale. Add fresh cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs. Stir gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the base up to 24 hours in advance, then add ginger ale and garnish just before serving for best fizz and freshness. Adjust sweetness by using unsweetened cranberry juice and reducing simple syrup. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months. For variations, try swapping in pomegranate juice, apple cider, or a splash of sparkling water for a lighter version.
