For the liquid version: Consume the mixture warm, approximately 20-30 minutes before a meal.
For the set version: Transfer the mixture into a silicone mold or small glass container. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firmly set. Cut into cubes and consume as a pre-meal snack.
