Ingredients
  

  • 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Slice chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness if needed. Gently pound them to even thickness using a meat mallet.

Season the Chicken:

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Cook the Chicken:

  • For Baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Place chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • For Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • For Grilling: Heat grill to 400°F (205°C) and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Pair with your favorite sides like steamed veggies, seasoned rice, or a fresh salad.
