- 2 oz Cream cheese
- 2/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 lbs Fresh heirloom or cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- 20-25 Baguette slices
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Shallots minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the whipped feta: In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and honey until smooth. Set aside.
