Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1.5 cups fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • On a clean work surface, dice the tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and chop the basil into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve with crackers, baguette, pita, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve with crackers, toasted baguette, pita bread, or fresh vegetables. For a twist, try adding parmesan, red pepper flakes, or swapping in pesto or ranch for the glaze.
