Tropical Iced Green Tea Recipe

For the green tea base:
- 4 green tea bags premium quality
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 tbsp honey or agave or stevia
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
For the tropical mix:
- 1 cup pineapple juice fresh if possible
- 1/2 cup mango puree or chunks
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 lime juiced
- Ice plenty
Optional Add-ins:
- Passion fruit pulp
- Guava nectar
- Splash of coconut cream for a creamier version
- Diced fresh fruit for garnish
Steep the green tea bags in 4 cups of hot water for 3–4 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey (or sweetener) while the tea is still warm.
Add fresh mint leaves to the tea and let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate.
Once cooled, strain out the mint leaves.
In a pitcher, combine the green tea base with pineapple juice, mango puree, and coconut water.
Squeeze in fresh lime juice and stir well.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the tropical green tea mixture over the ice.
Garnish with fresh fruit slices if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Best served chilled with plenty of ice.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.

For a low-sugar version, substitute honey with stevia and reduce fruit juice quantity.
