Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 4 pieces Slider buns
  • 8 ounces Roasted turkey slices Feel free to swap with chicken or deli ham
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce Adjust to taste preference
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese Spread on buns
  • 1 cup Spinach or arugula Use any leafy greens you prefer
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or butter For toasting

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread cream cheese on each slider bun.
  • Layer turkey slices and cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Add spinach or arugula, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top with the other half of the bun.

Cooking

  • Lightly coat the skillet with olive oil or butter.
  • Place the sliders in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are great for casual dinners or gatherings. Serve with a fresh salad or sweet potato fries for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
