  • 1 medium cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on garlic preference.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped Dried dill can be substituted.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Add more for extra tang.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Start with small amounts and adjust as needed.

For the Salad

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Mixed greens for serving Best served with fresh greens.

Preparation of Tzatziki Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.

Combine Chicken and Dressing

  • In another bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the tzatziki sauce until well-coated.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken salad on a bed of mixed greens.

Notes

For best texture, serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze the chicken mixture without greens for about one month.
