Preparation

  • Cook the fries according to package instructions or until crispy if using fresh fries.
  • In a large bowl, toss the hot fries with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the seasoned fries to a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
