Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut) Use any type of milk you prefer.
  • 1 cup ice cubes Ensure ice is fresh for best consistency.
  • 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream Can substitute with non-dairy ice cream for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste Or substitute with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream Plus extra for topping.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey Optional for extra sweetness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a high-speed blender, combine the milk, ice cubes, vanilla bean ice cream, vanilla bean paste (or extract), and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
