Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese 4% milkfat recommended
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Optional Add-ins:

  • Fresh herbs basil, chives, dill
  • Spices smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, cayenne
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Blend cottage cheese, egg, salt, and seasonings until smooth (30-60 seconds).
  • Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking oil.
  • Pour the blended mixture onto the pan and spread into a thin, even layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before peeling from parchment paper.
  • Fill with desired ingredients and roll like a tortilla wrap.

Notes

If the wrap feels stiff after baking, place it between damp paper towels for 30 seconds to soften.
Great for both savory and sweet fillings.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
