Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon, seeds removed
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • ice cubes, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Toss the cubed watermelon into a blender.
  • Add the water, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
  • Strain if you prefer a smooth texture, or leave slightly pulpy for body.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with lime or fresh mint if desired.

Notes

Enjoy chilled over ice and garnish with lime or mint for extra freshness. For variations, try adding cucumber, mint, jalapeño, or replacing water with coconut water. Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
