Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint optional
  • Zest of 1 lime optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Crumbled feta or goat cheese optional
  • Sea salt flakes to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and place in a large chilled serving bowl.
  • Hull and halve strawberries. Add to the bowl.
  • Gently add whole blueberries and raspberries.
  • If using, sprinkle chopped mint and lime zest over the top.
  • Optional: Drizzle with honey, sprinkle sea salt flakes, or add crumbled cheese.
  • Gently fold ingredients together with a spoon or hands to avoid crushing the berries.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Pre-chill the serving bowl for a cooler salad.
Do not assemble more than 2 hours ahead.
Store cut watermelon and berries separately if making ahead.
Leftover juice can be used as a refreshing fruit drink.
Variations: Add peaches, pomegranate, grapes, or pineapple depending on the season.
