- 4 cups seedless watermelon cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint optional
- Zest of 1 lime optional
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- Crumbled feta or goat cheese optional
- Sea salt flakes to taste optional
Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and place in a large chilled serving bowl.
Hull and halve strawberries. Add to the bowl.
Gently add whole blueberries and raspberries.
If using, sprinkle chopped mint and lime zest over the top.
Optional: Drizzle with honey, sprinkle sea salt flakes, or add crumbled cheese.
Gently fold ingredients together with a spoon or hands to avoid crushing the berries.
