  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen whipped topping) Blend until fully smooth for best texture.
  • ¼ cup raspberry syrup or puree Adjust sweetness by adding more or less.
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional) Adds brightness, but can be skipped.

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine pink lemonade concentrate, milk, and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle raspberry syrup or puree along the inside walls and bottom of each glass.
  • Carefully pour the blended lemonade into each glass over the raspberry base.
  • Use a spoon or skewer to swirl the raspberry and lemonade gently to create a marbled effect.
  • Top with whipped cream, extra raspberry syrup or lemon curd, and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon zest.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy chilled!

Notes

This drink pairs perfectly with light snacks like popcorn or fruit kabobs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day. Freezing is not recommended as it may alter the creamy consistency.
