Ingredients
  

  • 200 g white chocolate at least 30% cocoa butter
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Let it cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  • Slowly pour in the melted white chocolate mixture, stirring continuously.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt, then gently fold in the flour using a spatula. Avoid overmixing.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

For an extra fudgy texture, slightly underbake the brownies.
