Ingredients
  

For the Margarita

  • 10 ounces silver tequila
  • 8 ounces Grand Marnier
  • 8 ounces lime juice Freshly squeezed is best
  • 8 ounces coconut water Can substitute with regular water
  • 8 ounces canned coconut milk For creaminess
  • 6 ounces coconut cream
  • 6 ounces coconut rum
  • 6 ounces simple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract Optional

For Garnish

  • sprigs of rosemary
  • fresh cranberries

Instructions
 

Mixing the Ingredients

  • In a large measuring glass or mixing bowl, whisk together silver tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut rum, simple syrup, and coconut extract (if using). Mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour into a pitcher or punch bowl for serving.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Garnish each glass with a sprig of rosemary and a few cranberries.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing, as the texture may change. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup. For a lighter version, use light coconut milk.
