Basic Traditional Yerba Mate
Fill your gourd or French press with yerba mate leaves.
Add a small amount of cool water to moisten the leaves.
Insert your bombilla or place the lid on the French press.
Slowly pour hot (not boiling) water to fill 2/3 of the container.
Sip and refill as needed—the leaves stay good for several rounds.
Morning Fat-Burning Blend
Place yerba mate, ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a French press or tea pot.
Add 16 oz of hot water (160–180°F).
Let steep for 5–7 minutes.
Optional: Add raw honey. Stir and sip mindfully.
Evening Wind-Down Blend
Combine yerba mate, chamomile, and mint leaves.
Pour 12 oz of warm (not hot) water.
Let steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain and sip slowly before bedtime.
Avoid boiling water—it can destroy yerba mate’s beneficial compounds and cause bitterness.
Best consumed 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch for optimal fat-burning.
Combine with light exercise for amplified results.
Avoid sugar and milk for clean results; use honey or stevia in moderation.
