Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon about 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • 1 cup warm water not boiling

Instructions
 

  • In a mug, combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and raw honey.
  • Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Pour in 1 cup of warm water (about 100–110°F). Stir again.
  • Drink on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.
  • Wait at least 15 minutes before eating to maximize absorption.

Notes

Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
Substitute honey with liquid stevia for an evening version.
Always use fresh ginger and lemon for optimal results.
Store pre-grated ginger in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Avoid using boiling water – it kills beneficial enzymes.
