- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with mother
- Juice of 1 whole lemon approx. 2 tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or monk fruit sweetener
- 1.5 cups filtered water room temperature
- Pinch of sea salt Himalayan preferred
In a glass, mix the cinnamon and sea salt.
Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and raw honey. Stir until dissolved.
Grate fresh ginger directly into the mix.
Add the water and stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 45 minutes before your largest meal.
