Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with mother
  • Juice of 1 whole lemon approx. 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1.5 cups filtered water room temperature
  • Pinch of sea salt Himalayan preferred

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, mix the cinnamon and sea salt.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and raw honey. Stir until dissolved.
  • Grate fresh ginger directly into the mix.
  • Add the water and stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 45 minutes before your largest meal.

Notes

For a metabolism boost, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper + 1 tbsp MCT oil.
For stress-related cravings, use chamomile tea instead of water and add 1/2 tsp ashwagandha.
For sugar cravings, double cinnamon, add vanilla extract and stevia.
For nighttime use, swap honey with magnesium and use warm water.
