Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Use plain yogurt for balanced flavors.
  • 2 cups almond flour Can substitute with coconut flour, adjust quantity accordingly.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Optional Flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Optional, can replace with melted butter.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
  • If desired, mix in garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

For best flavor and texture, serve warm with butter or alongside soups. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
