Stuff You Need
For Chicken Part:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts no bones no skin (walmart has em on sale alot)
- 2 tbsp oil whatevs u got around
- 1 packet taco seasoning the cheap kind is fine tbh
- 1/2 cup broth from a can or those little cube things
For The Sauce:
- 1 cup ranch dressing hidden valley 4 life but store brand works
- 2 tbsp lime juice from bottle is fine whos got time to squeeze limes??
- 1 tsp chili powder more if ur brave
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder the powder not the salt kind!
For Puttin It All Together:
- 6 big tortillas the ones marked “burrito size” not the lil taco ones
- 2 avocados gotta be soft when u squeeze em or ur screwed
- 1 cup cheese already shredded cuz who has time to grate??
- 1 cup lettuce chopped up small
- 1/2 cup tomatoes diced but not too juicy or ull get soggy mess
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped tiny so kids wont notice
- 1/4 cup cilantro if ur not one of those weirdos who thinks it tastes like soap lol

How to Make Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos
Step 1: Chicken Time!
cut chicken in chunks but not too small or theyll dry out… i do like 1/2 inch bits toss some oil in skillet n crank that heat up pretty hot throw chicken in n let it sizzle! stir it around till its not pink anymore (5-6 min?) dump that taco seasoning all over n mix it good splash in some broth n let it bubble away till most liquid gone take it off heat n let it chill for a min… u want juicy chicken not rubber!
Step 2: Make That Ranch Sauce Pop
grab bowl n dump in ranch (the bottled stuff is fine who has time to make it??) squeeze lime juice in there n throw in chili powder n garlic powder mix it all up till looks good n taste it… add more stuff if it needs it i sometimes add hot sauce when kids arent looking lol
Step 3: Avocado
cut those avos n scoop out the pit with knife (careful!!! ER visits aint fun) dump green stuff in bowl n smoosh it up but not too much! chunky is good hit it with salt n lime juice so it doesnt turn brown n gross

first zap tortillas quick in microwave like 15 secs or they crack when u roll em smear some ranch sauce in middle but not too close to edges or itll leak everywhere dump some chicken down the middle in a line add big glob of avo on top throw cheese lettuce tomatoes onions n cilantro all over now fold the sides in n roll it up from bottom… gotta tuck it tight! pro tip – if u want em extra awesome put em seam down in hot pan to make em crispy n sealed

cut em diagonal so u can see all the pretty layers inside better make extra ranch sauce for dippin eat while theyre all hot n melty or ur missing out!!
