- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
For the Alabama White Sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish or Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Rub with olive oil.
Mix cajun seasoning, brown sugar, garlic powder.
Sprinkle and press onto chicken.

Make Alabama White Sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Chill for at least 30 mins.
