- 2 large chicken breasts about 1 pound
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Wrap Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
- 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
Optional Add-ins:
- 4 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup croutons crushed
Prepare the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice or dice.
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla flat. Add 1 cup romaine lettuce, 2 tbsp Caesar dressing, sliced chicken (½ breast per wrap), and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Add optional ingredients if desired.
For more flavor, use chicken thighs or leftover rotisserie chicken.
Add avocado, buffalo sauce, feta, or sun-dried tomatoes to customize.
