- 2 cans 7.5 oz each refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and lay one can of crescent roll dough in the bottom, pressing to form a crust.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough and spread evenly.
Top with the second can of crescent roll dough, pressing it gently.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and the center is set.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
