Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 7.5 oz each refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and lay one can of crescent roll dough in the bottom, pressing to form a crust.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough and spread evenly.
  • Top with the second can of crescent roll dough, pressing it gently.
  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and the center is set.
  • Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
