Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe peaches or 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes omit if using frozen peaches
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the peaches: Wash, pit, and roughly chop fresh peaches. No need to peel. If using frozen peaches, let thaw 5 minutes for easier blending.
  • Add base: Add yogurt and milk to the blender first.
  • Add remaining ingredients: Toss in peaches, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice.
  • Blend: Blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Adjust texture by adding more milk or ice as needed.
  • Taste: Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey if needed.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use organic peaches when possible.
Frozen peaches give a thicker texture.
Add-ins: protein powder, chia seeds, spinach, or ginger.
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 24 hours (shake before drinking).
For canned peaches: drain syrup and rinse before use.
